At the opening of the exhibition of proposals for New Views for Old Pews held on February 4 at CAST, in Southold, Barry Bergdoll, professor of art history at Columbia University, and former Architecture Curator at the Museum of Modern Art, spoke a little about the history of Church pews and announced his choices for best in show and honorable mention awards.
