Although Wiener and Albertini arrive at their work through distinctly different processes, Metafloric reveals the surprising territory they share.

Both artists look closely at the materials and forms that surround us, then reimagine them. The natural becomes fantastical. The manufactured begins to feel organic. Everyday materials suggest something ancient, microscopic, botanical, or entirely unknown.

Together, their works invite viewers to look more closely at the world around them and consider what might exist just beyond the boundaries of the familiar.

An exhibit of selected works from 1969 to 2026.
This exhibition is not a retrospective; instead, it is an introspective.  For Poppy Johnson, looking at works she made in her early twenties beside works she made recently is a way of thinking about what is interesting, what is beautiful, what changes, what persists.

Scott is a renowned sculptor, printmaker and draftsman. Based in Greenport since the 1970s, her work has reflected her passion for sailing and mastery of materials. On exhibit will be a selection of sculptures and works on paper.

Through sculpture, this group show set in a North Fork greenhouse, reflects on the ways we cultivate community, identity, belonging, and possibility. The works ask what we choose to nurture, what we allow to take root, and what kind of future we are growing.
